My journey with health has been shaped by a blend of personal experiences, athletic involvement, and meaningful mentorship, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned to help others live their healthiest, happiest lives.
Growing up, athletics were a huge part of my life. I was a cross country and lacrosse athlete throughout high school, and these sports taught me more than just physical fitness—they instilled values of discipline, teamwork, resilience, and the belief that hard work can lead to incredible achievements.
As my passion for sports grew, so did my interest in health and wellness. This interest drove me to gain experience working at a physical therapy clinic, and I soon found myself feeling honored to connect with the patients I was able to work with. This experience helped to deepen my appreciation for personalized care and the positive impact we can have on each other.
